The City Parks and Recreation Department is expanding outreach for the Parks and Recreation Master Plan, a roadmap that will guide priorities, investments, and improvements across El Paso’s parks, facilities, programs, trails, and accessibility over the next decade.
Following the community survey launched in October 2025, the department will host five community meetings in March to hear directly from residents across every region of the city. These meetings will provide an opportunity for community members to share feedback, identify needs, and help shape the future of parks and recreation in El Paso.
