Join us with the group Cacao Coyatoc, who will be hosting the workshop. Cacao beans will be provided to make your own artisinal chocolate to take home, and you'll experience the use of ancestral tools as well as the modern methods to make chocolate. There will also be an opportunity to taste some pre-Hispanic drinks that are made with cacao, and of course, we'll learn a little history on the traditions of Cacao along the way! Registration is required for this event. To register, you can call us at (915) 212-0600 or stop by the branch in person to sign up. There is only 40 spots avaliable for each session, so make sure you don't wait too long!
